One controller. Multiple locations. Complete lighting control. 💡📡

We designed and developed a distributed lighting control system for addressable RGB LED strips using LoRa wireless communication.

A single main controller can manage multiple remote RGB controllers over distances of approximately 1 km, depending on the installation environment.

The system includes:

• Central touchscreen control
• Multiple addressable RGB LED controllers
• Long-range LoRa communication
• Individual or synchronized lighting control
• Three relay outputs for standard 220V AC lighting
• Custom lighting colors, effects, and animations
• Remote firmware updates through OTA
• Automatic firmware downloads from Firebase Storage

Each remote controller can receive commands from the main unit and control its connected LED strips independently, allowing large buildings and entertainment spaces to manage several lighting zones from one central interface.

The OTA system also allows the controllers to receive firmware updates remotely without physical access to each device.
