Smart monitoring for mobile concrete mixers. 🚧📡

We designed and developed a custom IoT control board for small portable concrete mixing machines.

The board is equipped with:

• GPS location tracking
• Three-phase motor monitoring
• Machine temperature sensors
• Operating-hour tracking
• Built-in SIM card connectivity
• GPRS / 3G data communication
• Remote fault and performance monitoring

The system continuously collects machine data and sends it through the mobile network to a remote monitoring platform.

Operators can remotely view the machine’s location, total operating time, motor phase status, temperature, performance, and potential fault indicators.

This solution helps equipment owners track their machines, detect abnormal operating conditions, plan maintenance, and reduce unexpected downtime.
